Personal Assistant
Overview:
The Personal Assistant will work closely with Shamayim, managing all aspects of his personal and professional life to ensure seamless operations. This individual must anticipate needs, handle high-pressure situations, and maintain impeccable organization and discretion.Requirements & Expectations:
24/7 Availability & International Travel – Must be prepared to travel at a moment’s notice and adapt to a dynamic schedule.
Time Management & Scheduling – Organizing daily calendars, meetings, shoots, and appointments with precision.
Errand & Logistics Management – Handling travel bookings, accommodations, and personal tasks.
Confidentiality & Discretion – Absolute professionalism in handling sensitive business and personal matters.
Financial Oversight – Managing budgets, invoices, and expenses on behalf of Shamayim.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Ability to resolve issues on-the-go without disrupting workflow.
High-End Clientele Management – Interacting with celebrities, designers, models, and executives with tact and sophistication.
Experience:
At least 1 year in a personal assistant role for a high-profile individual.
Experience working in fashion, photography, luxury, or entertainment industries preferred.

Photography Assistant
Overview:
The Photography Assistant will work directly with Shamayim, ensuring seamless execution of photoshoots and anticipating his professional needs in high-pressure environments.Requirements & Expectations:
Technical Expertise – Proficient in DSLR and mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, modifiers, and digital capture software.
Anticipatory Thinking – Must predict what Shamayim needs before he asks.
On-Set & Studio Assistance – Prepare and maintain equipment, adjust lighting, and assist with creative direction.
Client & Talent Coordination – Ensure seamless interactions with models, stylists, and designers.
Travel Readiness – Available for international shoots with short notice.
Equipment Management – Keep track of inventory, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Post-Production Support – Assist with image selection, backups, and basic retouching.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years as a photography assistant in high-end fashion or commercial photography.
Experience assisting top photographers is a plus.

Producer
Overview:
The Producer will oversee all aspects of production, ensuring flawless execution of Shamayim’s creative projects. They must be a master of logistics, budgeting, and team coordination.Requirements & Expectations:
