Personal Assistant
Position Overview:
As the Personal Assistant to renowned fashion photographer Shamayim, the lead photographer at SHAMAYIM Studios, you will play a pivotal role in supporting him in both his professional and personal endeavors. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities to ensure Shamayim's efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar and Schedule Management:
- Maintain Shamayim's calendar, schedule appointments, and manage daily activities to optimize his time.
- Coordinate and prioritize appointments, meetings, and photoshoots.
2. Communication Liaison:
- Act as the primary point of contact between Shamayim and clients, collaborators, and team members, managing emails, calls, and messages.
- Ensure timely and effective communication on his behalf.
3. Travel Coordination:
- Plan and arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and any necessary visas or permits for both work and personal trips.
- Provide Shamayim with all relevant travel information.
4. Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing documents, organizing digital assets, and maintaining records.
- Prepare and review documents, contracts, and agreements as needed.
5. Photoshoot Support:
- Collaborate with the photography team to coordinate logistics for photoshoots, including model and talent scheduling, location scouting, and equipment management.
- Ensure that all necessary resources are available and prepared for each shoot.
6. Personal Errands and Assistance:
- Handle personal tasks and errands for Shamayim, such as shopping, reservations, and managing personal appointments.
- Provide support with personal matters as requested.
7. Financial Management:
- Assist in managing Shamayim's finances, including expense tracking, budget management, and coordination with accounting services.
- Handle invoicing and financial documentation.
8. Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to Shamayim's work and personal life.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, ideally in a creative or photography-related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools.
- Adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
- Willingness to be flexible with work hours and adapt to changing priorities.
- A passion for the creative arts and photography is a plus.
